This year, you can expect daily blogs from slow loris projects, artists and enthusiasts from around the world; a special Rain Forest Live event as our team broadcasts live from the field; download our Building Bridges for Slow Loris Conservation pack; order the newest design in Slow Loris t-shirts from Animals Anonymous Apparel or awesome colouring books, prints and badges from Last Chance Earth, or your latest Asian travel diary from Adventurelogue with a percent going to Little Fireface Project.
On the 19th of October, we will team up with The Oxford Artisan Distillery, who have been distilling a very special Slow Loris Sloe Gin. You can make your own signature cocktail from 6-7pm with award-winning cocktalier Cat Rand. We also will host Oxford Etsy pop up shops, including our own Little Fireface goods from Indonesia.
After school activities from 3-6 involve slow loris mask making (if you cannot come you can download your own here!); face painting; pumpkin carving; a ‘how to be a slow loris scientist’ booth; and other activities including puppetry and film!
From 6 onwards, as the sun goes down and it all gets a bit more nocturnal, we will be serving the amazing Slow Loris All Day IPA from Big Hug Brewing as well as TOAD cocktails, accompanied by music from London-based DJ Titania.
A raffle will also be held (£5 a strip) with awesome prizes, including home wares from Lush Designs London and Badgers of Bohemia; tickets to the nocturnal exhibition at the London Natural History Museum; giraffe feeding at the Cotswolds Wildlife park, and many more!
