WOMAD Success and WAZA Branded!

Saturday the 30th the Little Fireface Team was in the throes of more than 3200 people who attended the WOMAD festival at Bristol Zoo, and at least 500 of those stopped at our table. Not only did they have the chance to name Tereh’s baby, but a few hundred got their face painted like a loris, painted a glow-in-the-dark loris or doucy mask, simply coloured a lovely Southeast Asian primate, bought one of our furry adorable hand-made loris bags, and most importantly we gained more than 70 new signatures in support of our attempts to end the illegal wildlife trade.

We also have been made an official partner of WAZA – the World Association of Zoological Parks and Aquaria, working with the many zoos who are striving to promote conservation.
